By accessing or using the Eat Well website (tryeatwell.xyz) or purchasing early access, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Eat Well is a healthy Indian recipe and meal planning application. It provides personalised meal plans, recipes, and food recommendations tailored to your taste and dietary preferences. The service is currently in pre-launch and early access features may change before the full public release.

• The early access price is charged at the time of purchase. This is a limited time offer and will be available for a short period only. The price will be announced soon.
• This grants you lifetime access to Eat Well, including all features available at launch and future updates at no additional cost.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. By completing a purchase you also agree to Razorpay’s terms of service.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.

Because Eat Well is a digital product, we generally do not offer refunds once access is granted. However, if you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing the service, or if the product is significantly different from what was advertised, please contact us at devphilic@gmail.com within 7 days of your purchase. We will review your request and, at our discretion, issue a full refund.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• One purchase grants access to one individual account and may not be shared or transferred.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.
• Reproduce, redistribute, or resell recipes or content from the app without our written permission.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract data from the service in an automated manner.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or its infrastructure.

All content in Eat Well — including recipes, meal plans, text, graphics, and the app itself — is owned by Eat Well or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Eat Well provides nutritional guidance and meal suggestions for general wellness purposes only. This is not medical or dietary advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet, especially if you have a medical condition or specific dietary requirements.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access, particularly during the early access period.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Eat Well shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for early access.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
