• Contact information — your name and email address when you register for early access or make a purchase.
• Payment information — transaction IDs and payment status provided by Razorpay. We do not store your card details; all payment processing is handled by Razorpay.
• Usage preferences — taste preferences, dietary requirements, and meal plan settings you configure within the app.
• Usage data — pages visited, features used, and other interaction data collected via analytics tools to help us improve the product.

• To provide and personalise the Eat Well service, including your meal plans and recipe recommendations.
• To process your one-time payment and send you order confirmation and access details.
• To send you product updates, new feature announcements, and occasional newsletters. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To improve our product based on aggregate usage analytics.
• To comply with legal obligations and protect against fraud.

Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited. When you complete a purchase, you are subject to Razorpay’s privacy policy in addition to ours. We receive payment confirmation from Razorpay via a secure webhook but do not store sensitive card or bank account information on our servers.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only in these limited circumstances:

• Service providers — third-party tools we use to run the product (e.g. email delivery, analytics). These vendors process data only on our behalf.
• Legal requirements — if required by law, court order, or to protect our rights.
